Our Current Offerings


SHIPPING
We are currently offering $5 flat rate shipping for all orders in the continental US.
Orders for shipping can be placed online or over the phone.

PICKUP
Pickup orders can be placed over the phone or on our website. 
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
Our pickup/ordering window is located on the right side of the building, at the former Paisley entrance.

WALKUP/SHOPPING WINDOW
Visit our pickup/ordering window and browse the biweekly menu of freshly made, in stock products.
Request a tray of scent samples from our fragrance menu, or ask for a product sample! 
When you’re ready, a Paisley staff person will get your order together for you while you wait at our covered outdoor lobby area.

FAQ

Is Paisley & Company open for in-store shopping?
No.
Due to the pandemic and the nature of our store, we feel that it would be in the best interest of our customers and employees to wait until case numbers drop to reopen for in-store shopping. 
We will continue to keep you updated on any changes to our offerings. 

How does Pickup work?
Orders for Porch Pickup can be placed either over the phone or via our website.
If you are placing your order online, “Pickup” will be listed among the other shipping options at the end of checkout.
Your order will be ready during business hours on the day specified at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to pick up.

Our pickup/ordering window is located on the right side of the building, at the former Paisley entrance.


When is the pickup/ordering window open?
Our window is OPEN:
12-7 Wednesday
12-7 Thursday
12-7 Friday
10-4 Saturday

We are CLOSED Sunday - Tuesday.
If you cannot make it during these hours, please call us to schedule a pickup time. We would be happy to make other arrangements for you!

I’m interested in a product that I used to buy in the store, but I don’t see it available on the website. Can I still purchase it?
Yes! We are currently working to get everything we sell in store onto our website.
In the meantime, if there is a product or item that you are interested in and do not see it listed online, you can give us a call and we can process your order over the phone.

How long will it take to get my order?
Our products are made fresh to order, and turnaround time is dependent on product.
You may experience temporary delays due to limited staffing and high volume of online orders.

Online orders are currently shipping out in 1-4 business days.
Pickup orders will be ready during business hours on the day specified at checkout.



Can I still refill my empty packaging?
Yes!
We invite you to bring back your empty, clean packaging to be refilled during your next visit. We'll even refund you 50 cents on each bottle you get refilled!

Your packaging must be washed out for us to refill.
Note: at this time we are not refilling jars, tubs, or perfume rollers.



Can I order a product in my custom scent?
Yes, absolutely! You can place your order for custom scented products over the phone or via our website.

If you are ordering online, any product that is able to be custom-scented will ask you to type in your fragrance choice after you hit “Add to Cart". Simply type in the name of your custom scent when prompted.



I’m interested in bulk sizes or entire batches, but I don’t see an option for that on your website. Can I still order in bulk?
Yes.
If you are interested in bulk sizes or entire batches, please give us a call to place your order.



How can I purchase a gift card?
We have online gift cards available on our website. The Paisley & Company Online Gift Card is delivered by email to either the giftee or yourself, with instructions on how to use it. Purchasing this gift card will create a unique code that the recipient can enter at checkout.
This online gift card is only redeemable on our website.

We have physical gift cards available for purchase by phone-in order. These gift cards are redeemable either in-store when we reopen, at our order window, or for orders made over the phone.
At this time, these gift cards cannot be applied to online orders.
The Paisley & Company Physical Gift Card is available for pickup, local delivery, or can be mailed to either the giftee or yourself.

Our gift cards never expire.
